By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1.Service Description

The Service uses AI to analyze cooking content links (such as blog posts or YouTube videos) pasted by users, organizing them into a title, ingredients, cooking steps, and tips. It also provides saving, organizing, Cook Mode, pantry, and community features.

2.Accounts

Users may create an account with an email address to use the Service.
Users must keep their account information accurate and are responsible for the security of their account.
Users may request account deletion (withdrawal) at any time.

3.Content and Copyright

Copyright in the links pasted by users and the original content extracted from them belongs to the original creator. The Service is a tool that helps users organize and use such content for personal purposes, and it respects the rights of original creators.
Users may only use the Service with content they have a legitimate right to use or that is otherwise permitted.
Responsibility for content (recipes, comments) posted by users in the community lies with the user who posted it.

4.User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct:

Infringing the rights of others (copyright, right of publicity, reputation, etc.)
Posting content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, violent, or offensive to others
Harassing, threatening, or defaming others
Interfering with the operation of the Service or accessing it by improper means

5.Zero-Tolerance Policy for Offensive Content

The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal, offensive, and harmful content and malicious users within the community.

Users may report inappropriate recipes, comments, and users.
Users may block specific users to avoid seeing their content.
Upon receiving a report, the Company reviews the content within 24 hours and takes necessary action, such as removal, and may restrict the use of or suspend the account of the violating user.

6.Changes to and Suspension of the Service

The Company may change features to improve the Service, or suspend all or part of the Service due to operational or technical needs.

The Service organizes content using AI and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the extracted or organized results. Please check the original source when actually cooking.
The Company is not responsible for content posted by users or the content of third-party links.

8.Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be revised in accordance with changes in law or the Service, and any changes will be announced within the Service or on this page.
